Our Mission
Vanton Academy exists to train, empower, and launch the next generation of women into healthcare. We are a clinical career school designed by nurses, for women, with a commitment to skill, confidence, and culture.

Our mission is simple: deliver rigorous, hands-on training in CPR, CNA, Med Tech, Phlebotomy, and more- while creating a safe space where women can grow, lead, and transform their futures. We believe healthcare education should be bold, accessible, and community-rooted.

Our Vision
Vanton Academy was built on the belief that women deserve a safe, professional, and culturally aligned space to step into healthcare careers with confidence. While our CPR classes are already serving the community, our vision reaches further: to establish a permanent training center where women can access high-quality, affordable education in CPR, CNA, Med Tech, Phlebotomy, and beyond.
Our Education Director, who is a RN, BSN, brings years of experience as a preceptor and trainer for RNs and LPNs. She is a certified CPR instructor and approved to teach CNA programs, and is currently completing certifications to expand into Med Tech and Phlebotomy instruction. Having trained countless nurses and healthcare professionals, she now leads Vanton Academy alongside a network of skilled colleagues- RNs, BSNs, and Nurse Practitioners- ready to teach and mentor the next generation.
The only thing standing between us and a full-scale academy is space. Today, our classes are limited to CPR because of the size of our facility. With your support, we can secure a permanent building and open the doors to a complete clinical career school. And as we grow, our commitment is to give back: for every cohort we will sponsor students who otherwise could not afford tuition, ensuring that opportunity extends to every woman in our community.
