This hands-on CPR training class is led by a certified instructor in a modest, all-women environment. Whether you’re preparing for a healthcare career or simply want to be ready in an emergency, this free session equips you with the knowledge and confidence to act.
Participants will learn the basics of adult CPR using real dummies, practice proper hand placement and technique, and gain a solid understanding of when and how to respond during a cardiac emergency. All materials will be provided, and no prior experience is necessary. There are no refunds for this event.
Upon Completion, participants receive a BLS CPR Certification through the American Heart Association.
